[Chapter I General Provisions]
Article 1 (Purpose)This Terms and Conditions shall be used in the market information operated by the
open market (hereinafter referred to as "open market information")
In using Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by users It aims to
protect the rights and interests of customers by defining rights, obligations and responsibilities.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① Open market information means that open market information provides goods or services to users, such
as computers, etc a virtual business establishment that allows goods or services to be traded using information
and communication facilities. In addition, it is also used as a meaning of a business operator running a cyber mall.
② Users refer to members and non-members who access open market information and receive services provided by
open market information under these terms and conditions.
③ The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to open
market information, who is continuously provided with information on new companies, and who can continue to use
the services provided by open market information.
④ A non-member refers to a person who does not subscribe to a member and uses services provided by open market
information.
Article 3 (Description and amendment of terms and conditions)
① Open market information is posted on the initial page of the open market information Internet service so that users can
know the contents of these terms and conditions, the location of the business office, the name of the representative, the
business registration number, and contact information (phone, fax, e-mail address, etc.).
② Open market information can be amended to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on Regulation
of Terms, etc., the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication
Network Utilization, the Act on Door-to-Door Sales, and the Consumer Protection Act.
③ When revising the terms and conditions, the open market information shall be announced on the initial screen of the open
market information along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the application date to the day before the
application date.
④ Open market information applies only to contracts concluded after the date of application when the terms and conditions
are revised, and the terms and conditions before the amendment apply to contracts already concluded before that date.
However, if the customer fails to express his or her consent to the terms and conditions within a considerable period of time,
the terms and conditions of the open market information are deemed to be subject to the terms and conditions of the change.
⑤ Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and interpretation of these terms and conditions are in accordance
with the Electronic Transaction Consumer Protection Guidelines established by the government and related laws or regulations.
