The "Delivery Request" stage is a state before the seller checks your order with the order (delivery request) issued to the seller and proceeds with the delivery process.

If the delivery status of the ordered product lasts for a certain period of time due to "Delivery Request", please contact the seller's contact information or seller bulletin board on the [My Shopping Information > Transaction Status > View Signed Order] menu. If you cannot contact the seller, please contact the Gmarket Customer Center at 1566-5701 and we will check and guide you.
